Your remarks are appreciated and expected. The 'reply' is a predictable result of an example which clearly was made to simplify a very complex problem so those not familiar with all the issues would develop a better understanding. The example was also provided to stimulate or provoke thoughtful analysis. I could have presented a more complex example by having a "Hatfield' and McCoy" feud over which one was cheating (pumping too much) and depressing prices. Your response provides evidence that both objectives have been achieved. Live and learn. >>lg<<
