Well, Max, Retired41 seems to be a very patriotic American, and some of his feelings about IMOT seem to be filtered through that underlying belief system. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but I'm not sure it leads to an objective, balanced analysis of IMOT's prospects.

If IMOT is "legit within their (Chinese) borders", an argument can certainly be made that they are on the level and a potentially good investment. I also wonder about the Egan involvement, but am more interested in whether their associations with firms like Computer Associates are legitimate. I also think it's important to remember that IMOT has been in business for three years, and in starting out as a very small company it wouldn't be the most surprising thing on earth if they had alliances with other very small companies when they were getting established. I think the direction of their growth, and partnerships with larger companies in the present and the future would be a more objective measuring stick.

Is there something wrong with my logic that I am not seeing?
