I agree with your analysis. After spending time sifting through the MXNT sites, I found little substance...just a bunch of links to other sites.

I'll keep my eye on MXNT. If/when they file with the SEC, I may buy for a pop at that point. I just don't believe there is any reason to give my money to this company.
