Jack,

Thanks for participating. Thus far the shorts have come up with ONE argument to use as an attack against SNMM. They are trying to say that the street will not take well to Starnet because of their involvement in adult web sites.

The FACTS are as follows:

1. Several companies that are involved in adult e-commerce are already actively traded on NASDAQ;

2. Starnet management has made it clear that they intend to divest of the adult business in the near future;

4. Rumor has it that Starnet already has executed a contract to sell the adult web sites; and

3. As of the last quarter, the adult web sites only accounted for about 40% of Starnet's revenues. Projections for the next quarter are that the adult web sites contribution to revenues will be down to approximately 20% of total revenues.

To date, this is the best attack on Starnet that the shorts have been able to formulate. But, as you can see, the FACTS show that it is a moot point. I have seen these games many times before. Usually, though, they've managed to conjure up better assaults than they have against this company. The fact is that there just isn't much of anything negative that anyone can say about Starnet Communications with any degree of credibility.

This is a great company with a great product, a great business model and great management. This stock is grossly undervalued. Starnet WILL be the Microsoft of Internet Gaming Software.

LONG SNMM!
