Tango I think you are right. Also no more news releases other than by e-mail or from the web site. The court case will be heard in May in Washington May 13, 1998 Case No. 1:98CVO1199 Judge Royce C. Lamberth 8 more weeks to wait and then perhaps 5 more years. This has become a very long term hold. Regards Klaas
