NASDAQ? What about OTCBB? (First things first.)

SLEU currently does not meet the new Eligibility Requirements to stay listed on the OTCBB past April 2000 (plus grace period), according to information posted on the OTC web site:

otcbb.com

Scroll down to the link:

"OTCBB Eligibility Determination Schedule"

It takes awhile to download. Then use your browser to search for SLEU. The OTC updates this page regularly. Today's version has this information:

"ISLEUTH COM INC"|"SLEU"|"ISLEUTH COM INC"|"O"|" "|||"Apr 2000"|"No"

The "No" means SLEU doesn't currently meet the new requirements. The "Apr 2000" means that is the nominal date by which SLEU must meet the new requirements or be subject to delisting from the OTCBB. Probably there will be a 30-day grace period following April 2000.

Presumably SLEU will take steps to meet the new requirements, and issue a press release when it is successful. That action should prove beneficial, because if (say) half of the stocks currently listed on the OTCBB are delisted, that should create buying pressure for the stocks that remain listed.

April 2000 is quite a ways off so SLEU still has time to act.

The above statements are my opinions. Visit the OTCBB web site for the facts.
