Have not heard about the status of the CLASS ACTION !!! What happened to that "motion to seek dismissal" ? Is it possible that Gaming Lottery or whatever it is this week has to now face the authorities ? IF SO, Jack Banks and Larry Weltmann will have a fun day in court !!! Perhaps the online lottery has grown to where the class action shareholders will see some of their money returned. It is worth giving up hope of getting money back to witness Banks and Weltmann brought down.
