I simply do not understand why Bill P. makes such big deal of this
company tax deduction on employee option execises. This incentive
option purchase law has existed for a quite long time, and every
company can use it to stimulate productivity of employees and to
encourage employees to invest in the company business. I bet ORCL has
done the exactly the same thing as MSFT as far as this issue regard.

I think the bottom line of a company is to grow and profit. The
Gorvement has helped thousands company to start up their business by
allowing them to issue the stock option to employees. Bill P. is
barking the wrong issue here. I certainly strongly disagree with him.

Cheers!
Mike
