I agree 100% if applicable.... I spend most of my time installing PeopleSoft, Baan and Oracle Apps; with these installations the code as delivered needs to be tuned (i.e.: no developers to tap into, that is unless you want to wait for the next release which might fix the problem).

PPS - the certification tests are a play on words. Instead of a single correct answer the person taking the test must eliminate all possibilities to derive the correct answer. Took the tests at Open World for $30 each - no big expense on my part. J
