IRVINESULLY,

I don't think that it is anyone's intent to see any shareholder in JJJJJ just because they got excited about one of their speculative investments-but hopefully a a valuable lesson has been learned---for us all!

I see that Zeev Hed responded to several of the postings --I view him as having a very solid perspective on what's going on in the speculative arena!

From my experiences shareholders of these OTC-BB companies ( especially non-reporting companies) get lucky every once in a while and get thrown a few bones of information from companies but all in all for the most part many of the upward share price movements seem to come as a surprise most of the time! JMO!

I don't know what impact if any would materialize if JNNE became a reporting company--but for the record I would much rather see us become reporting then not! I don't think it necessarily would mean an immediate increase in share price--especially if there is no significant historical track record of earnings!--But! On the positive side it would demonstrate to me that they are anticipating growth in the foreseeable future and plan to build the business!

I am not an accountant nor do I pretend to be an accounting whiz but if JNNE is using the excuse to delay becoming a reporting company because they are awaiting the outcome of the lawsuit then my feeling would be that it is a weak excuse!

Maybe the cost to become reporting is significant and JNNE at present require the financial resources else where? That would seem to be a more understandable reason! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
