I came across this link on another thread: NASDAQ? What about OTCBB? (First things first.) MRPS currently does not meet the new Eligibility Requirements to stay listed on the OTCBB past February 2000 (plus grace period), according to information posted on the OTC web site: otcbb.com Scroll down to the link: "OTCBB Eligibility Determination Schedule" "MICROPHONICS INC"\|"MRPS"\|"MICROPHONICS INC"\|"O"\|" "\|\|\|"Feb 2000"\|"No" The "No" means MRPS doesn't currently meet the new requirements. The "Feb 2000" means that is the nominal date by which MRPS must meet the new requirements or be subject to delisting from the OTCBB. Probably there will be a 30-day grace period following Feb 2000. Presumably MRPS will take steps to meet the new requirements.
