of course I just don't like the way KRT decided to use the work "NASDAQ". It makes it look like like they are going o the nasdaq when in fact IMO the shell (and I can't see it being any other way) is OTC. If they were going to go full Nasdaq after an announcement as you stated they could just apply for a listing. I can't stand it when a stock below .50 cents talks about a major board listing. I can show many examples where this has been claimed and have yet to see where it actually happened. good luck Moreno
