To ANYONE intimidated by SEC threat, from speaking their mind:
The SEC has not threatened anyone on Silicon Investor. If you read the ridiculous Gregg Wirth story, as though you were reading any press release by a Scammy OTC company, you would see that it is all HYPE.

The SEC has NOT announced that they are launching an investigation into every person on Silicon Investor that gets excited about a stock and speaks their mind or makes an attempt at projecting the future.

GREGG WIRTH has FABRICATED a story from FEW facts. . . in my opinion, for the purpose of causing FEAR among Silicon Investor posters.

Donna, your post is EXACTLY what I thought that the Wirth article would cause and was the motivation to my journalist essay.

I know of several who have simply stopped posting, afraid of having the finger of revenge or association pointed at them by the self appointed emperor with no clothes. Any response or disagreement is met with the threat of having your name added to the "I'll give your name to the SEC list". This new self serving intimidation tactic is wrong.

To ALL Silicon Investor members:
DO NOT LET SOME NO NAME JOURNALIST KEEP YOU FROM EXCERCISING YOUR RIGHTS OF FREE SPEACH, BY INTIMIDATING YOU WITH FALSE THREATS. YOU PAID MONEY FOR THE RIGHT TO POST TO SILICON INVESTOR, BECAUSE YOU HATED THE MORONS ON YAHOO.
