Poor logic. Your comment would only be true if these same ISP's had come out and said specifically that they will NOT support ROK technology. Then it would mean that X2 was a de facto standard.

I never do. I always consider the source and since in this case the source is USRX management I find it very credible based on their prior history of public comments.
