Ross I was told as far as the halt goes that any VSE stock that goes up 25% in a day will get a call from the VSE. I suspect that CNB and PVF both got phone calls...and either they agreed or requested that the stock be halted pending a news release.....The real question is did the (both of them) get calls from the VSE when it was going down 25% a day ???...If the rules are the same for up as down they sure had a lot of them !!!...DD
