Frank, I asked Randy about the near term impact on the stock price.He felt that it would have no effect.On the other hand JK was suprized that WSP would do this and felt that it would be no good for the shareholders.Clearly JK is not big on WSP and Micheal Ballangre of Gopel McDermit said that he doubted that valuations in the bulks may not meet expectations.I can tell you and all that Kaiser is not on the side of WSP INMO.My impression of RT is he belives in snap and is out to prove JK and Mb wrong.On the subject of news letter writers,he said that everybody that has won Prospecter of the year in the past has been dumped on , on that road to that award.I told him he may be in line for that award next year.He gave a big smile
