Thanks Will- That is a great discussion of the historical origins of the the connection between the early process for making Cyberdisplays and the current HBT wafers. The emphasis on single layer crystals led to "carbon doping" which in turn is used in the HBT wafers and GaAs substrate. Just as a sustainability question, do you think this expertise would also apply to GAse or would the proprietary knowledge be specific to GAas? Tom
