Does anyone else know for sure if Jamon's understanding is accurate about credit cards? And if so, is this a total barrier to e-commerce? Would it not be possible to order products online and send a check or bank draft to the company before they are shipped? It appears to me that since China is a huge country hungry for consumer items, the trend would be towards providing them in an accessible format, particularly for those who do not live in the large cities. Opinions, anyone?
