Sorry, I do not have any possible information source, other than news reports. It does not seem to be molecule related, it's "anti-competitive" oriented. I will put my confidence in the PTO and FDA for molecular issues. I see your train of thought however, how can a different molecule be anti-compete?

The rumor source for "$155" knew two employees and a third source.
