Highlander, that is a very interesting link, indeed. If you read the fine print at the bottom it states that the information comes from Intermost, so it would need to be verified. I was particularly struck by this part of it, however:

It would be fairly easy to verify whether Leehun Lee works for Visa International, and if this quote is accurate. Quite a few debit/credit cards coming to China! The idea is reiterated here, as well, that e-commerce in China is a business-to-business communication.
