Dearest Nancy, thank you for your very kind post. Truly, you are a considerate person and I very much appreciate your response. As far as Emile, he doesn't bother me that much. As an old deacon I have had my share of letting the water roll off the duck's back, so to speak. I think it is because I believe everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, right or wrong, whether I agree or disagree, and that ultimately Christ will judge us individually. It is a wonderful consolation to me knowing that I am responsible to no one but Jesus. My confidence rests in trusting Him to judge aright. People are of little consequence in their negative judgment of me, because on Christ the solid rock I stand, others have little influence on me.
