Hello Henry, This is a 'remakable article'.... In our on going discusions over the foundations of International Monetary Systems...you have constantly pointed out that the soundness of any system is Liquidity and the free flow of capital. This article proposes some very sobering and insightful commentary. pei-intl.com . INMHO....The most important being the "contraction of derivatives markets".... I hope you find it interesting.
