If there is one market maker holding long at the moment, and I'm sure there is, they will work with the company to get through this. My understanding, from the company, is that the audit should be in presentable form by the 25th give or take. They may be able to forward enough of it to get a jump on filing the 15c2-11, but that's just my conjecture.
