Don't those states restrict 3rd trimester abortions to some more strict reasons than for 1st trimester? If not; this is the whole states rights argument; let the states decide. If you don't like what you state is doing; why all the federal venom? Appearently; states rights have its drawbacks as well. You just want it your way; no matter what the majority of people want.
