GENBB - Patronize me for just a moment. It looks to me as if they spent 1/3 of their cash to buy a food company. In which case, relying on the cash on hand to provide a safety net could be problematic. IMHO there doesn't appear to be a free lunch, or even a real good puff left. Where have I gone wrong? Lau
