Peter, Some recent stocks that weren't available were some of AP's picks: SEVL, JBOH, VIFL. Also, while I've been able to short stocks such as IMON, ABTE, RACE, and KTEL at times, other times when I've tried to short them they've been unavailable. I have accounts with Datek and Yamner, recently opened one at DLJ Direct, used to have one with Waterhouse. Is there a particular broker you recommend? There was a period of time about 6 months to a year ago where you could short any stock through Datek, but those days are gone... S
