For those who have forgot James Ray is pres/treas/sec of Silicon Valley New Issues Inc. Michael Berg is PRES/TREA/SEC of corporate planners inc, the transfer agent for softlink. Jenell Ray, James Ray, and Michael Berg were owners of the shell before it became SFLK.I also question why there are 5,403,972 SFLK shares outstanding. James Ray also had 3820 shares Cert #2238 and 1200 shares cert #2215 issued on 11/18/98 in his personal name. SFLK has a market cap of $21,950,934.
