Right now, I have only a hunch about the MM short position. But I am not alone. We are inquiring for information on shares held in street name vs. shares in the float, and when we get that, we will know for sure.

Symbol of the stock in question is HTSF. If you can spare a little time, watch how it trades, you will see some VERY interesting MM moves with this one.
