When I read your first post on this co.(about 5 back) I thought to myself "what non reporting otc-bb co is he talking about?" Then I did a quick scan on HTSF & saw this in their last pr:

I thought boy I'm wrong they do file, so I went to Edgar & I see they take that periodic part of the disclaimer to heart since the last time I see a filing is 10/10/97.
Have you contacted the T/A to get a faxed copy of the current outstanding & float, 504's,505's,resticted,etc.? That may answer your MM question. Good-Luck, let us know the results.
