In their "March 1999 Monthly Research Review," Wedbush Morgan reiterated their BUY recommendation and gave a price target of 21. The release date isn't in the report text, but I looked at the document info (it's an Adobe PDF) and the document was created on March 4 and has a last-modified date of last Friday (March 12). FYI.... Piranha
