My opinion on OMGA: A deal may have tried to have been arranged between OMGA and EGRP last week. Instead EGRP's Board of Directors decided to setup the $150 million venture capital fund.

OMGA may get an allocation from that fund, it will take weeks before such a deal is finalized and announced. Probably during April if it happens at all.

Towards the end of this month, OMGA will be filing their annual report with the SEC. Then we will know what their revenues, eps and cash burn rate has been for 1998.

The MMs, who have been buying OMGA for their own account, are going to have to continue to do so for the rest of this month and through OMGA's earnings announcement.

In my opinion, I don't think they will continue to do so.

The MMs were trying to structure a financing deal between EGRP and OMGA where they would make enough big bucks for putting the deal together. If OMGA obtains financing from EGRP's venture capital fund, it will not provide the MM with a high enough commission fee. So, it probably is no longer worth it for them to continue to support OMGA's stock price by buying OMGA shares for their own account.

From a TA chart perspective, OMGA @$13 appears to be at its zenith and is starting to trend down. Its stock price action this week will, in my opinion, indicate its trend during the next 3 to 4 weeks.

I am also guessing that they are not working on a deal with another online stock broker. That's a BIG guess!

Your comments will be appreciated. Rob
