The driving force here will be NT - its their initiative. MSFT is a figurehead - just providing their OS. NT and HP stand to benefit the most - Intel and MSFT just get another avenue to sell their wares. For recent news I have to say I'm more impressed with NT than CSCO. I'm long both CSCO and NT.
