There are currently a couple of companies with approval on their H/ Pylori test. 1) this shows alot of companies think this is a big market. 2) There will realistcly be competition. However, the license agreement with Astra-Merck is what sets us apart from the competition. Astra-Merck make the drug that cures the illness. they sell over 1 billion of it a year. yes, 1 billion. You can imagine what kind of agreement trhis is. By the way, CMTR still will rerceive more royalty payments when milestones are met.
