It was a difficult couple of days early in the week with
aggressive selling and a bankruptcy hearing taking the
stock to a low of .16Cnts. Fortunately, for savy
investors, that dip presented a great buying oppertunity
and when the dust cleared the stock marched back to the
low .30ies. I have reason to believe the stock was
under heavy accumulation on WED.,THUR.,and FRI.-by savy
investors who really know and understand the merger
and more important the enormous potential of HITSGALORE.
Several points to keep in mind. For all practical
purposes the merger is a done deal as of Friday. I
expect news on Monday. HITSGALORE is already turning
a profit (isn't that a new concept). Management,led
by Steve Bradford,is absolutely focused and aggressive
at bringing in business and generating profits. I also
understand that the people employed at HITS behind
the scenes are some of the brightest, talented and
most dedicated in the industry (internet) that money
can hire> they are impressive. With this very high
caliber of talented people, along with a niche market,
and the capability and focus to generate profits NOW,
I expect this fresh internet company (HITS) to eventually
be one of the highly visable players on the internet.
A few well knowns> (LCOS@$98&-$3.70/EPS),(XCIT@105&-$.78EPS)
(NSCP@$84&-$.54EPS),(VERT@$107>9 month revenues ending
9/30/98 total $1.9M with a net loss of $8.3M and a market
cap of over $1B). I believe that this week will bring
merger complete, symbol change, a face lift (state of
the art) to the website, introduction to this
savy and aggressive management team, and the start
of a steady stream of POWERFULL press releases. I look
for the stock to possibly trade into the $5 to $10
range by the end of March and a sometime in 1999
area of $25 to $50/ share. Remember, bread crumbs now-
bread later. An added note:> The medical spinoff from
SCMI is in progress and should initially be worth $.20/share
since that company will be debt and liability free,
and still maintain its contracts with Daimler/Chrysler
and others. I feel that the stock could have a potential
of $.50 to $1.00 this year, depending on how management
handles themselves this go around.
Happy investing...WIZZARD
