There is a large shareholder named Ira Sochet who owned well over that amount and was pressuring management after the collapse from the $30's a couple years ago. He had no effect as far as I know.

The key to me is if he and any mutual fund holders are now fed up enough to act in concert to press the board into action.

From the history, I am not optimistic.

I do think that at these levels it would be foolish to sell, the stock should be ok in spite of mgt.

Long term holders are buried, however.
