They have 7,704,500 shares out and made 11 cents for 9 months ending September 30, 1996 (see 10Q on Edgar). I don't know how much insider ownership there is but the company seems legit and doesn't mess with S offerings reverse splits that are typical of some of these small stocks. They have refocused their business on what they do best which is being a distributor and not a manufacturer. Last years loss related to a subsidiary that has been closed down(see 10Q for more details).Also see featured stock at insidetrack.com
