The fight was weak. Lewis fought from his back foot throwing lots of defensive jabs and Holyfield did not do a good enough job getting inside. The only thing better than a draw would have been if they both got a loss! Looking forward to a better effort from both fighters.

In answer to your question, I assist people in setting up offshore corporate structures so that they can run subsidiary operations, defer taxes or secure confidentiality. That is, if an individual wants to "go offshore" legally, he seeks our services.

If and individual is more aggressive and has less legal goals, that person would probably just go to a bank in Cayman and open an account that would never be reported to the IRS.
