Par, I didn't say I was buying it. I said it is back on my radar. With absolutely no wall street following, you can wait to see if in fact the business is getting better before you buy. Like Jeff says you will probably pay a little more for the stock, but you will have a greater chance of success.

That said, one could start a small position at these prices, but I wouldn't begin any serious buying until I had a better handle on whether things at xicor were in fact improving.
