If the poster is claiming that management sold stock and used proceeds to short the stock to push it down, that is just too hard to believe!!

My take is that the company became a momentum play. With its product line, it has the potential to pop many times.

Company insiders often have cheap stock that the sell periodically for tax and personal reasons. My memory is that the Newmans have continued to buy, but I don't have the time or inclination to check right now.

I would like to see that poster provide evidence that insiders were shorting the stock. It may be that MM's and some of the pump and dump people were working together as is the case in many momentum plays, but to suggest as the poster did without evidence is irresponsible.
