Razor, I do believe that Altman has updated his equation. As I recall he left academia for the Street. So that the result is we don't get the new equation. More importantly, I think in the realm of SI stocks (ie mostly tech related) there would need to be a new equation written that takes into account the higher amount of intangibles like software etc. Q: Are there any neural net and/or linear optimization programmers out there who want to take a crack at writing a new one?
