MTHONER, you posted:
Al...How many on that SEC-list were actually "temporary-suspensions"? SEXI, for instance, was not "temporary"...trading was HALTED, period...
The SEC says LEAH "will" resume trading on 3/24/99...obviously "if" D&T...A/S-concerns are answered.
If you refer to:
edgar.sec.gov
you will see that the initial halt on Systems of Excellence was indeed a "temporary" halt.
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 RELEASE NO. 37791 / October 7, 1996
The Securities and Exchange Commission today ordered the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act"), of trading in the securities of Systems of Excellence, Inc. ("SOE"), beginning at 9:00 a.m. EDT on October 7, 1996 and concluding at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 21, 1996. SOE is located in Coral Gables, Florida and Mclean, Virginia.
Also, if you read the text of LEAH's halt, the temporary suspension does expire at at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 1999. This does not mean that trading "will" resume. It means trading can resume if a MM files a 15c2-11.
I agree that the publication of an audited financial statement will be a huge step towards the resumption of trading.
Best of luck to all shareholders.
