Mmmmh...Now I begin to see some of the reasons for NN's stumblings over the past years. I worked in Wales for a few years. The Welsh like to keep to themselves, and don't take kindly to outsiders meddling. It is a class system that has ruined the UK over the past 100 years. I'd boot them all out and recruit again....
