Joe,

if you look at the amount of money Sara Hallitex spent to acquire and develop JNUS as the initial investment and the total two year rate of return of $30 Million, JNUS is a wildly successful company. It is a good deal for SHAL, JNUS and sharehholders.

I actually discovered SHAL by researching a potential stock purchase in JNUS.

My point was the market hadn't given SHAL much value for the JNUS deal. Couple million, couple years ago = $30 million today, not a bad first deal IMO.

When investors see the initial investment Sara Hallitex made to acquire and develop SolutionNet and the NAV of the stock Sara Hallitex receives a couple years later. I believe shareholders will be very pleased.

SHAL looked strong at the open.

have a good one,

john
