Maybe Swordsman and Ditchdigger should have concerns, but the SEC wouldn't want to mess with you. You'd FREAK them out. Just invite the SEC investigators to our happy hour, give them some Night Train, a couple of dancing girls and get some incriminating pictures, then we need never worry. JUST JOKING, GUYS
