Dear Jesse,

You don't have a clue, do you? Convergence for the vast majority of people is going to be TV-centric. It is much more likely that people will use the new Electronic Program Guides as their portal for the TV-Internet experience.

Here's real world 101. The cable guys control this turf. They tell Microsoft how high to jump. not the other way around. Liberty Media, for example, is the programmer to look to and AT&T is now the big kid on the block. Once @Home and Excite close their deal all the pieces are in place. While we're touting stocks, little ACTV out of New York with it's HyperTV will probably provide the interface and functionality for convergence, not Stellar One. Do your homework.
