While I think it is a pump, I don't think I said the Japanese market will take a hit in April. I do think it is a dumb move, and very costly to the Japanese tax payers, and I do think the Nikkei will slop back down at some point in time, probably in conjunction with the big paper print.

As far as "where will all the liquidity go?", it will be soaked up by the upcoming massive Japanese bond print, which is the largest in history. Don't look for Japanese money to flow to our markets as they took a big hit last year, and are actually retreating back home.
