samir - I imagine some tenuous figure grasping the clouds to rise up from the swampy ground that is threatening to drag it down. How long can this mania go on?

Based on fundamentals, shorts have been predicting a collapse for years - can't blame the longs for thinking "you've never been right!" But of course it's precisely this mentality that will lead to a crash - if people sold when the going was good, there would be no collapse. So bubbles I guess have to behave this way. Weird stuff.
