Hi Rudedog - I had heard that also. I have no way of knowing what actually went on, maybe there was no way Claflin would have stayed. However, do you have any idea how flexible CPQ management is on these types of issues? Top people that live 'away from headquarters' does seem to work in some cases, I believe Intel's CEO lives in Arizona and 'commutes' to Intel headquarters in San Jose a couple days each week.
