Bosco, I got a real good laugh from your posts, referencing obscure chapters in Chinese history that no one is interested in. Aside from a few of us of Chinese origin, who had been force fed that Chinese history stuff since grade school, I doubted if anyone has heard of the nine-field system. Those who has been critical of the human rights records of the CURRENT Chinese regime have demonstrated, by their posts, that they have no interest in facts anyway. Enough of that. On the subject of taxation, looks like Russia is not alone in having problems collecting. The numbers in the article are a little higher than I expected. insidechina.com Ramsey
