The sale could be viewed as either negative or positive but nobody can know for sure. It could be viewed as negative if Matrix no longer liked the story and wanted to take some money off the table. It could be viewed as positive if Matrix sold the stock to a group looking to takeover EPIE.

With respect to $13.00, our recollection is that YF made an offer at this level but ownership is actually at lower levels. At the end of the day, YF would probably prefer to see a lower stock price and take the benefit of a lower acquisition cost vs. lower realized gains on current EPIE shares.
